3 more days to my one and only paper, CDTP Examination. I'm glad i listened in most of the lessons because if i've not, i'd have missed out alot and would go berserk during revision. I can pull through this, just 3 more days and then it's HOLIDAYS! Woohoooo.

Headed to Orchard Central yesterday for audition in the morning and intended to study at Starbucks in the afternoon. But... me being me, can't fight off the temptations of shopping when there are so many pretty trinklets on sale. So i went to shop around before heading to Starbucks. Teehee.

1. I like being alone although people say 'being alone is the worst feelings in the world'. Shopping alone at times are awesome because you don't need to wait for others and can go into any shops that you want. Studying alone is also much more productive to me. However, of course, sometimes i need company too.

2. I don't understand why people don't wanna be generous about where they bought their stuff from. To think from the positive side, people ask you where the stuff are from because they think it's beautiful. And being you the one who bought it first within your friends, people are praising you that you have a good taste. Don't worry about people copying you, because you are not the first one who bought it and there are people around the world who bought it first and you're already copying them. But i do understand that it's hard to see people with the same things as you do.

3. I don't like it when you're being sincere and people judge you the other way round saying that you're fake. Oh please, the world aren't only full of fake people though i know there are many out there.

4. I can be fun and crazy during times when we're suppose to have fun and relax. & i can be serious too, when there are serious work to do. I do appreciate it very much if people around me can accept who i am and don't try to change me.

5. Parental control makes it hard for me to try loads of things i wanna try. Sometimes i think i'm still being treated like a kid. But i know in our parents' heart, we'll always be a grown-up kid.

6. The quote 'you are only young once' is my favourite now. Try all things you wanna try when you are young and no regrets.

7. I'm may like a you and consider you a friend but it may not necessarily mean that i accept your actions/behaviours or the way you do things.

8. Shopping therapy is really works on me. I shop when i'm bored, when i'm stress and when i'm happy. Sometimes i just can't resist the temptations and i spent tons on shopping every month.

10. Friends to me are those that accepts who you are & not someone who's always criticising you and saying that you're crazy when you really do have a crazy personality. Most of the times people don't say things that they truly mean and you never know what they're thinking in their mind behind their fake.

And yes, today's the last day of CAYC module. Really gonna miss it a lot, a lot and a lot. Music has always been my love and now art as come in as a part of my life to accompany music which has been lonely for years. I'm falling in love with painting and i'm gonna continue painting for the rest of the months for sure, can't guarantee for years though. So today, Shai gave us a tote each and provided us textile paint for us to customized our very own tote!

Here's mine (: Really love it, though there're some other people who did way better than me. All the designs they have came up with or imitated from pictures they see were awesome, really. You will be swayed by their creativity if you saw all the pictures of the totes.

Just ordered this OPI Metallic 4 from smoochiez yesterday! Hope to receive it soon, can't wait to have it on!

Okay i know this might sound crazy but here it goes. I signed up to appear on a TV show lately, i think i'd consider it a variety show. I decided to email them my particulars just to try for fun but received an email from them informing me about the audition next Monday. So i'm now thinking if i should go and give it a try. One of my friend said, 'you are only young once, try all things when you can and don't regret'. Another said, 'go, for the experience'. Still swaying between going or no going but i'm more towards the going side now. The quote 'You are only young once' is now lingering in my head and i've an adrenaline rush to do all things i want to do while i'm young.

Enough of that.

Last CAYC lesson tomorrow. I'm really gonna miss CAYC alot, performing arts and visual arts. The most interesting module so far. Shai is gonna give us a parting gift tomorrow! So excited to paint on the canvas bag she's gonna give us, can't wait :)

It's 11.46pm and i'm suppose to head to bed as i was really feeling very tired after a day packed with lesson plan implementation, fp assignments and revision of a chapter for CDTP exam. However, i don't feel tired after i switched on my computer at 11.30pm. I'm really very bad at concentrating on reading textbooks and notes after i started polytechnic where i'm getting more visual and used to staring at the screen. I prefer doing assignments, typing on the computer than reading textbooks, trying to comprehend.

Getting my daily dose of reading people's blogs whom i think are inspirational now. I really enjoy seeing pictures of how they spend their daily lives enriching themselves and living lives to the fullest in each of their own ways. Tumblr is another favourite webby for me. Love their beautiful pictures and inspirational quotes.

Loads of things happened lately and to sum up in one sentence: polytechnic's life is not as easy as you think it is. Working with people is a problem. But you can't run away from it, you can either accept it and complain about it behind or talk to the people you're working with and try to work something out. I chose the former because i didn't want to make things difficult and spoil the relationship though i know the latter is a better decision to make. I believe everybody have their own way of doing things, including me. So yeah, you always get to meet different people in life. You get to see the real world through meeting different people, everybody's different.

Even a 7 year-old knows the pain of losing someone. What more us? Treat those ones you love well, treasure them. Because you know very well that even with money and wealth, no amount can buy miracles. Once they are gone, they are gone. Not even miracles can bring them back.

Lately I kept thinking about you. Even as much as I try to keep myself busy and put you off my mind, the emptiness of the house, the things you did for me, the things we did together, the pictures and the bits and pieces of memories, they kept coming back to me. Those memories are not horrible. What's horrible are the feelings that comes afterwards. 2 years have passed, but all seem to have happened just yesterday. I've not grow a single bit out of it. I was forced to grown up overnight but what i really want to be was just to be who i should be; a normal 18 year old teenager with awesome friends, excellent school grades and most importantly, a warm, nurturing & complete family.

I still feel the pain i felt 2 years back. And i guess it will stay with me forever.

Have you ever felt missing someone so badly but there's nothing you can do because you'll never be able to see that person again. The only thing left is to hold on to are those memories.

Well said.

Even if you know the person is going to say 'goodbye' at some point of time, you'll never be prepared for them. Because, you never know when the person is going to say it. The sudden 'goodbye' will catch you off guard and there's nothing you can do but to bid goodbye too.

Dear diary,

I miss starting something with 'dear diary'. It has been so long since i've done so. One of my 2012 resolution was to keep a diary but... i've got no time to head down to popular to buy one and none caught my eye. So, let's just stick to blogging, i can still start with 'dear diary' when blogging right? Right.

I extracted 2 of my wisdom tooth on Sunday and my face now is swelling like mad. The anti-swell don't seem to work well on me :( I was so afraid to visit the dentist initially because i'd a phobia of dentist to be evil, mean beings since primary school. All the fault of my primary school's dental nurse. Anyway, the whole procedure isn't painful and it lasted for only 30 minutes. Before the sugery, i asked the dentist: 'is it going to be painful?' He said: 'you're hurting now, so why not just take them out? you'll still hurt.'

I read someone's blog who says
"My dentist once told me that letting go is like pulling a tooth. When it was pulled out, you’re relieved, but how many times does your tongue run itself over the spot where the tooth once was? Probably a hundred times a day. Just because it was not hurting you doesn’t mean you did not notice it. It leaves a gap and sometimes you see yourself missing it terribly. It’s going to take a while, but it takes time. Should you have kept the tooth? No, because it was causing you so much pain. Therefore, move on and let go."

It's just like you're holding on to something you are not willing to let go. You'll only feel so much more pain in the end? Why not just let it go?

Just finished the first week of school after a 3-week holiday. It has been hectic. Assignments due, group projects, field trips and all. Exam is also arriving in a months time. CNY is coming too... But i think i'm kind of down with flu or some sort. My wisdom tooth is aching again! Always at this kind of times. The swelling make it impossible for me to eat anything, open my mouth and i can't talk properly. Holy shit.

I mentioned i regretted not taking photo with the A&F greeter in the previous post and tadaaa...

My sister wanted to go Orchard for shopping for CNY stuff so i told her since i'm at Orchard, i must go get a photo this time round. And here i'm with the polaroid. I can't take my eyes of it. I know this is like 'lol' but wtv.

And i also mentioned in twitter that i regretted not getting the Elle Girl watch... So i got myself another watch which is like really brandless but cost around double the price of the Elle Girl watch! I must convince myself that it's worth it. The salesgirl said that it's the only piece it the shop and made in Venice with real leather!

Headed to Gran's house after that to stay over as it's Grandma's birthday today. Had dinner there, a plate full of food using ancient/antique or what you call that plates. I never fail to be amused by them. Passed down from 1940s till now i guess. My aunt still has the full set; the pot, the plates and the mug!

Celebrated my Grandma's birthday just this afternoon with so called buffet from Jin Zhen Tou. It's like home delivery. I don't think it's as nice as they described it to be. The mee siam and fried rice like taste so bland. It's not worth the money to me. $100 plus? Overpriced.

Headed to 3 Vans shops in Orchard yesterday just for the guys to get their shoes! One of the shoes has the colour i like! But don't have my size in all outlets...old stock :(

Our dinner buffet at Javier's in Cineleisure! We finished the 2 plates full of food in 10 minutes! And each of us only need to pay $4 ++. Super worth!

It was totally crazy yesterday. We had lunch at Swensens Ion, ice cream buffet and main course and had our fill. Then we had dinner at Javiers' and had some drinks at Xin Wang while Joanne had her dinner. Eat sooooo much :O

Visted A&F yesterday but didn't manage to take a photo with the greeter :( Since I'm heading to Scape with sissy today...shall try my luck again! Hope the greeter is real hot :p

I've been dreading to blog about Christmas because of the multiple photos to upload. But the year is coming to an end soon, I should just upload them before I drag till next year. So here it is.

The 4 us, cousins headed to orchard for dinner at Xin Wang and went shopping around ION before walking down orchard road to see the decorations and lightings. Walked all the way down to somerset 313, shopped around there and had supper at Starbucks before heading back to grandma's place. As you can see from the last 2 pictures, we've totally gone crazy. Hahahas!

Wherever I go, everything is haunting me in my head. Got some things done already but there's still more to be done. So many things that I'm getting irritated easily, pissed off easily and fed up easily. So sorry if you're one of my victims...

Changed my phone on the Sunday of the week before last week and it got infected by trojan horse in my laptop after i sync songs from my laptop to my blackberry. I've been scanning my computer with the anti-virus software provided by the school and it didn't detect any virus and always says 'your computer is working normally' after the scan. What a lie. I downloaded AVG after i got my blackberry to the service centre and fixed it. Scanned my laptop with AVG and it detected trojan horse in my laptop. Luckily it's now remove. If i didn't know there's a virus in my lappy i think it'll be sent in the hospital soon.

Headed to Huiyu's house last Wednesday and collected my guitar from Haizan since she stays at Hougang Ave 2 too. Huiyu and I both wanted to jog at the stadium initially in the evening. But it turned out that we only realise the stadium was close for changing of the tracks when we reached there. So we ran outside the stadium instead. After jogging, Huiyu wanted to go look for her temporary primary school last time when her primary school was under renovation. So we ventured into the landed properties where she said the school was situated. We didn't find the school but it was a fun thing to be walking in the landed properties estate. A thing i've never tried before and it was an amazing experience.

Headed to Haji Lane on Tuesday with my sister and cousin. Regretted not catching Alvin and the Chipmunks 3 with them then as the outing to watch the movie with my friends was cancelled :( Anyway, we spent a long time shopping at Haji Lane though i bought nothing. Saw a wallet that's cute but didn't buy it because it was quite expensive.

Beautiful day at the beach. The 4 of us, all girls headed to beach yesterday without Renkiat 'cause he's sick and Mason 'cause he said he's got lots of work to do. So yeah, there's just the 4 of us. After our 'picnic' lunch at Macdonalds, we were already too tired to move. So we didn't wanna cycle. But under the persuasion of Michelle, we went to rent the quad-cycle so that 4 of us can cycle together and we won't need much effort. It was a pretty nice experience. We can cycle and look at the scenery, enjoy the breeze at the same time. We even took turns to control the sterling wheel! :D

There have been loads of assignments driving me crazy lately but still we, humans need some fun now and then. Met up with Geegians to have dinner at a Korea BBQ restaurant to have dinner last Wednesday after school. It was an awesome meet up because we talked about things we used to talk about during our secondary school days and it made us feel that we were back to the days. I think it's because the ambience was really good for gatherings. We had a room by ourselves in the restaurant but it was quite small. We were so noisy. Michelle and Jasmine were screaming at some point of time that people outside our room kept looking in. I think some staffs were not please with us too. But whatever, we're customers and we are always right (:

I'm addicted to painting my nails. Once i start painting, i can't stop because they will look weird without colours. So after i painted my nails alternate red and blue last week and remove it due to work last thursday. I painted my nails grey and red last midnight during around 1am. Hahas, yes 1am.

It was our very very very last class with Ms Lavina. Dramatisation on the last day of CAYC was awesome! I bet we are really really really gonna miss her. There's 4 days a week that have her lessons, i'm going to be not use to not seeing her. Really love the way she taught us, she such a bubbly and fun teacher. She puts in her heart and soul to teaching and she understands us. Year 1 Sem 2 has been different because of her. I hope she'd be back to teach us in Year 3. Look forward to seeing her again :')

It was my attachment centre's K2 children's graduation concert and my mentor invited us to join this joyful event. The children were dressed up so beautifully and their performance were awesome. The nursery children from my attachment centre was even one of the Best Performing group!

It was our last Language Arts lesson with Ms Lavina :'(. I'm gonna miss her and her lessons. I love her class alot, in her class i wish that it was longer, i don't look at the clock to see if it's gonna end soon or not and i love her sharing children stories with us.

During the last lesson we did Rebus Story, super interesting! Here's the one did by my group. Check it out!

The story is titled 'The Banana'.

The story goes like this:

Once there live a Banana. It was Summer, and he felt hot, very hot and extremely hot. So he decided to peel off his skin. Autumn came, it was getting cold, he decided to chop himself into pieces, leaving behind other pieces. It was soon Winter, he was feeling extremely cold. Thus, he decided to find his other pieces and skin. By Spring, he was back into being a banana again.

Hahaha! Cute right? Love our story.

Finally had a dinner cum shopping session with my dearest cousin, Huiyu, today. However sadly, there wasn't much things to shop at Bugis street lately. Still, i managed to get something. A new shop opened at the third floor and we went to talk a look. Tried on 2 pieces of clothes, love both of them but it would be too much to spend. In the end i decided to stock up my wardrobe with one more dress instead of knitted tops so i chose the pink dress. But, i love the knitted top too... : /

Horrible

I think i live a life without having a day not being horrible. Almost everyday i'm being embarrassed, sotong and much much more. I could have written a book about all the things i've encountered so far. Perhaps i'd do that in future. But, if you think deeper, life's always full of ups and down and it's never smooth, never easy. It's these ups and downs that make life more fun, more worth living. I love the way i'm now; sotong, embarrassing, auntie, whatever it is.

Had to go back to school today to submit an assignment though it's e-learning and head out with my group to start another group assignment. I needed to go to school earlier though we're meeting 10 in school to print things. Let me tell you, i officially hate train rides from today. It's so squeezy in the morning. I almost couldn't get down at clementi because my bag was stuck between crowded people in the train. If there's another way to go to school, i'd have chosen the alternative.

And then guess what happened? My slippers were spoilt. The tongs fell off. Bloody hell. It's like so embarrassing. My poor friends had to fix it for me using tape at the bus-stop. Luckily one of my friend brought tape to school for our group assignment. At least it made the slippers last till i got another one for replacement. Almost missed our bus while they were fixing my slippers.

It was raining after we left the Jurong Library, drafting our assignment. None of us had umbrella and the rain was so heavy. Both of my friends had jackets to cover themselves but not me. I shared a jacket with one friend and we ran with the jacket above our heads to the shelter while laughing non-stop on the way. So many people were staring at us.

The rain became worse when we needed to cross over to the mrt station across an unsheltered road. I tried to find cardboard so that i could use it to shelter my head, but to no avail. While i was choosing umbrellas to buy, my friend spotted cardboards available for me to use, so i didn't buy umbrella in the end. I revealed my auntie side to them today... for the very first time.

So horrible right, today? :'(

Wearing this red cardigan out which belongs to my sister. She says i look ugly in anything that is red. I don't know if it's true but i said to her if that's the case, i'm just gonna be ugly today. I just wanna wear the red cardigan out today.

Went to Bugis and you know once i head out and see something nice, the shopaholic parts of me goes activated. Maybe a better word to describe it would be wild. So i bought quite a number of stuff today. Luckily, i didn't hit spending a hundred bucks.

Moody thursday

I just couldn't lift up my spirits today. I felt less enthusiasm in me. So tired and drifting into space that i actually got prank by my own prank. I wanted to prank one of my classmates by hiding his shoes. So me and one of my other friend placed it in the shoe cabinet. After class, we were all finding our shoes to wear. I don't know what i was thinking then, i actually took out my friend's shoe, the guy's one, wore it and walked away. Didn't realise it until i felt that the shoe was too big and it felt weird, the texture. I can't stop laughing after that incident, so embarrassing la! I think everyone in my class knows about it already.

But there is at least one thing to be happy about today. One of my classmates said to me that my hair is nice though we are not that close. So sweet of her!

I finally headed to cut my hair short yesterday after sucha long time saying that i wanna do so. Quite a lot positive comments but i'm still not quite use to it just yet.

I hope i do look younger after the hair cut, at least no older. Please. Got this haircut from Jean Yip. It was my first time there, much pleasant experience. May patronise them again in future.

Caught 'In Time' yesterday with my sister. It was a nice movie with a nice plot. Go catch it if you haven't, if not you'll miss a good show.

A day at Jurong Point and Bugis. Spent really a lot at Bugis. Bought a bottle of 50ml Viva La Juicy perfume. Gonna use it slowly, not gonna waste it definitely. Dessert at NYDC after dinner. Awesome cakes, delicious much!

Had NYDC with colleagues during break on Friday Love their creamy spaghetti! Sooo nice! So creamy like i'm drinking mushroom soup with spaghetti! Their cakes are nice too! I'm sure gonna go back there for another meal soon! (Y)

Went cycling with Huiyu on Sunday at ECP. It was my first exercise in this holiday. Luckily i didn't have muscle aches today.We cycled damn far this time round. From area C to area H!

Headed to Bugis to have our(Me & Huiyu) lunch at my workplace. My colleagues are treating me well! Very. Got free drinks and desserts. In the end only paid for our main meal with 30% discount still! Had a very very full meal! Satisfiedgirl94 :)

Afterwards, we went to street to shop for awhile. Bought a shorts there and headed to Far East Plaza. Shop shop around intending to find myself a bag and a sandals but bought none in the end. Nothing caught my eyes.

First outing cum part-timers outing that includes the 4 of us (: Heehee, they are colleagues from MOF. All part-timers.

We went to orchard and watched the movie 'Contagion' at Shaw Lido. The seats there are super comfortable because... they are with head rests! Without them, my neck would be aching now. The movie was kinda draggy because of the day by day storyline. So it lasted for quite long. Some parts of the movie was boring. Overall, it was kinda of draggy. We wanted to watch either Johnny English Reborn or Crazy Stupid Love at first. But i watched Johnny English before while Vanessa watched Crazy Stupid Love already. So no choice, we chose Contagion.

Their Korean Kimchi Pancake (Y) Very nice! Like pizza with the cheese :D

After we bought our tickets with the showtime of 2.45pm, we went to Nolboo Korean Restaurant at Takashimaya for lunch. It was the previous restaurant that both Vanessa and Haiting had worked there before. Had their famous Korean BBQ. It was nice, quality of food was awesome, the whole meal filled with meat and veggie. Awesome. The workers there are helpful and friendly too. Take a look at our receipt. The drinks were free and we had 10% discount off total bill (: But we don't know where the steamed rice came from. We were too paiseh to ask, thus we just paid for it.

Sucha coincidence that the 3 of us wore blue and Haiting was out-casted. Hahas.

Headed to Bukit Timah Railway Tracks on Saturday. It was like finally because we didn't have time to go there together before that. Such an unlucky day because it started to rain cats and dogs before me and my sister are preparing to head out. We met the other pair of sisters at CCK for lunch and spent some time there. The rain stopped after our lunch. YAY!

It was hard for me to walk on the tracks because of those stones. I strongly suggest ppl to wear trekking shoes if you are going there. But of course, we ppl 'want beauty, don't want life'. Translated from Chinese. Hahas.

After an hour or so, it started raining again. So we headed to bugis to shop shop, had our dinner and home we go.

Out with Huiyu on Monday to Far East for some shopping. It has been long since we last hang out together! Had lunch at Shokudo. I love pampering and treating myself to good food once in a while.

Didn't buy anything that day. All money were spent on leisure and relaxation. Went for shoulder massage and fish spa. Also chilled at Starbucks before heading home. First time trying Starbucks' mocha and it was super nice! I love how i can still taste the chocolate in the drink though with coffee. You should try it some time too!

I was suppose to be out with them to pool > cycling > vivocity > sentosa today. That was what Renkiat had messaged to inform me about Saturday's outing. But you know what? Everything was fake and bogus! I really thought we were heading out until they came to my house this morning and gave me a surprise! I just finished showering and was stepping out of the toilet when i heard Jasmine's voice and saw Michelle! I was totally in a state of shock of course! But nevertheless, i still thank them for the surprise though it was belated! They went through a long way and took much effort to plan the whole thing to make me fell into the trick and believe it. The most funny thing is that they tried to gang up with my sister but failed because my sister didn't check her twitter's private message and didn't pick up the phone when Mason called her! HAHAHAHS! They even cooked mee sua for me you know? So sweet of them!

We headed to Jasmine's house afterwards to do the teachers' day stuffs. It was like after only 5 years and this was our first time going to her house! Can you believe it? This year's teachers' day cards' theme were simple and nice. So it came out really simple and nice too! We are pros man! Do too much cards until we become professionals already! HAHAHAHAS! Had a blast at kbox today with my sister! Sang Give Me Everything by Pitbull & Neyo then we high like crazy! That song's catchy but the lyrics sound a bit wrong huh? Don't you think so??

Anyway, it was a more or less 3 hours session spent at kbox. To me, it was not enough to sing my heart out! Should have went straight at 2pm and i'd have all the way till 7pm! But no choice, my sister has school :(

Didn't celebrate my birthday last year and also didn't get a chance to cut a cake. Made it up with today, a cake for me to cut! Like finally! :D

Studied at starbucks today with Huiyu for 3 hours. And cognitive development that long chapter is not finished till now. Gonna finish tonight no matter what! Had vanilla latte and old fashion chocolate for lunch there. First time trying vanilla latte, i think it's still okay. I like the taste of latte. It gives me a shiok feeling!

Went to shop around after the 3 hours. Although we shopped only for 1 hour or less, we bought super loads of things already! We are really shopping maniac :0 ! Dinner at Wendy's and home.

Headed to JP together with sister today. My aim today was to eat there. & we ate loads of food there though not expensive ones. We ended up too full for dinner and shared Astons.

Had ShiLin XXL crispy chicken, banana heaven and refreshing longan. Yummy yummy yum!! Astons for dinner sums up all the good food.

Bought a polariod wall folder for my polaroid films. Might consider buying polaroid albums for the future :) A new shop opened in JP called Spicy Colour. Saw a nice bag that's similar to BAGGU but the sling part is weaved into plaits and nicer. Guess what's the price? Around $70-$100!! Okay, that's beyond my budget... So let's just forget about it.

Trying out food at MOF after working there for 3 months.

The best thing i love about the food there is their dessert! Hehes, i've got a sweet tooth so you know of course i love those sweet sweet stuffs! So much fun snatching desserts away from besties while they were playing kart rider rush. Red bean FTW! Hahahas.

Had salmon cutlet curry rice for my main meal. It was okay i guess, normal. Didn't expect Jasmine to vomit after trying out the new food. Took taxi home after we alighted at Jurong East.

Had loads of fun with old friends today! Definitely think that we'd last long! A pity that Miss Yang couldn't make it today...

Headed out today to the temple. Then to Tiong Bahru Plaza for lunch and bought myself some nail polish. Still working though exams are just next next week... so much for working and i fell down yesterday during work. I'm not clumsy. I just need a pair of good new shoes. I hate my fringe now! It's long again! Gonna get it cut soon.

Something happened leading to me pondering over this question... "Was it supposed to be a surprise? Or... was i thinking too much?"

Shan Shan... She died this morning i suppose or probably last midnight.

She had been acting weird since last night. This morning before i went to work, i went to feed my 2 hamsters. But, Shan Shan had no response to the food i gave her. Normally, they will rush to their food. I touched her, but she didn't respond and her body was a little bit harder than usual... I told my dad and my sister saying that she's dead. But my dad say she's only sleeping. I screamed and said, she's really dead. Then they came over to verify it. I started crying...it was uncontrollable. Went to work really upset. Tears were rolling down my cheeks whenever i thought of her while i was on the way to the mrt station and in the train. Managed to control my feelings and work was rather smooth with only one or two hiccups. I hope she rest in peace... buried her under my block :'(

End of the world

End of the world this word keep popping out of mind nowadays. Everything can seems to link to end of the world by me... disasters happening at all around the world made be believe that end of the world is coming.

Yesterday was my worst work day ever. I'm like fighting a battlefield in a restaurant. I'm like running up and down. I started the day by doing a bill wrongly and everything went wrong from that moment on. Next, i scalded my hand while scooping soup. And then, i took the wrong order... What was worse was i'd to take orders for 5 tables at once! I was so afraid that i'd miss out some orders and i really forgot to deliver chawamushi and some drinks for some tables. I was super dismayed. For some moments i thought i should quit because i can never do things right with my blurness.

Furthermore, exams are coming. I'm caught in a busy schedule. I'm busy and stress is inevitable. The problem is i don't know how to relax myself and not give myself even more stress.

Then again, it's like end of my world.

Went out with my dearest friends again. Headed to town this time. Girls normally go around shopping in town right? Guess what we do? We went around eating non-stop. Rushed over to meet my dearest dearest friends after my Japanese lesson last Friday. They went back to Kranji before that. I wanted to go back so badly. It's like almost half a year since i went back. So sad that i've got lessons from 9 to 8pm. Had dinner with them at Ajisen Lot 1. I'm telling you not to have your meal at Ajisen during their closing time or peak hour. BECAUSE... there're service is really bad at times like this. They are actually suppose to pass the menu to the customer initially and guess what one of the waiters told me? He said: 'You can go to the front to take it yourself.' Seriously, WTS.

I worked yesterday. It had been 2 months since i started working. I'm starting to feel a bit sian about the job. Looking back, i actually have no rest time at all. Monday to Friday i'm schooling. Saturday and Sunday i'm working. I think i'm gonna request for a one or two weeks break to have a rest and go out with my sister, cousins and friends.

I was actually taking a nap at my grandma's house when they decided to go to IKEA. It has been long since i went there, i think about a year or so? Tempted to go, i woke up from my only 20 minutes nap when i haven't fell deep into sleep and changed my clothes.

I'm currently on a budget mode right now. I no longer buy on impulse lately. I think i've also stopped blogshopping for about a month now. I don't spend money on clothes recently. But guess what? I spent all my money on food. Oh you might think it's such a waste. Hahas, but i'll never get enough of food.

Anyway, headed to bugis today with my sister. Had a good 2 hour shopping there, enough for me to get my mind off certain things that have been bugging me. I didn't buy anything there except for a budget ring that cost only $2. There were loads of temptations. I'm impressed by myself that i could actually shove them aside and ignore them!

I've so many place that i wanna go. But sometimes, it's not about the places, it's about the people that goes along with you. Am i right ?

Farmart plus Pool

What a day at farmart ! It was a totally wrong choice to go there at a weekday. None of the shops there were open except the food place. In the end, we finally found the place where we can feed animals and spent our time there.

Afterwards, we headed to pool at AMK. It was so embarrassing as i didn't know how to play. Every shot was a failed one until the last round when i finally tyco and shot in a few balls.

I was supposed to meet up with Zhen Ying, Ren Kiat and Mason for a study session at Woodlands Regional Library. We did studied but for only i think about an hour or so. Nothing got into my head. I think we didn't see each other for too long that we can't stop chatting. So after Michelle reached, we went for lunch and gave up studying.

And of course, we will never go home so early since we rarely see each other now. After a long discussion, we headed to West Coast Park . Bought KOI at clementi before heading there but unfortunately our KOI got attacked by ants there and i didn't get a chance to finish enjoying it ! :(

Although there were no more bicycles available for rental there, we had a fun time playing. The pyramid there though seems not tall but you can try going up there and you'll know whether you have a fear of height or not. I'm sure i've a fear of heights. After going up there once, i didn't want to try going up again. Played the flying fox there which i've not played for a long time and the somewhat like swing infrastructure. For your information, i've not been to WCP for i think 13 years.

Everybody hates people to judge them. Even i do. Although what people say about you might hurt your feelings, they may be really true. And now that i'm a teenage in my own state of identity confusion, i really do need people to tell me who i really am. Though i sometimes cry when people tell me about my flaws, some flaws that i know they exist but does not think that they are flaws like other people do, i'll still accept what they say to figure out my personality and my self. There was so S & W this week as it's common test week. However, my course doesn't have common test in for me this semester. So i was home after attachment ! Arranged to go out with my sister to Bpp and CCK's pasar malam to do some shopping. We went into Daiso and bought some DIY materials. I love Daiso, there's so many cheap things you can get inside and they're definitely worth your money. I don't wanna get out of there! After a long persuasion, my sister finally agreed for us to have ice cream at Swensens before leaving Bpp. She enjoyed the ice cream there after tasting it and even said that she will revisit Swensesn for their ice cream the next time. But, only when the Student Happy Deal is on. Anyway, i really enjoyed today though i had a failed study session tonight with Marcus. I was really happy that we caught up with each other after so long. Just a short chat is enough to at least know that both of us are doing good in poly.

It has been a month since school started and i'm getting use to the environment with awesome friends around me. Though i still miss secondary school, hate lectures but i'm starting to love my new school, especially the LIBRARY. Hahas. This is because of it's movie appreciation corner and the sale of bubble tea! I remembered the first time i went there for movie was during the second week of school after lessons while waiting for my CCA. Afterwards i went for 2 more rounds, once with my classmates and one with my sister.

Watched this with my classmates during the 3 hour break in between lessons.

This week was E-learning week. Don't assume that E-learning means you have no need to head back to school because you are totally WRONG ! I've to go back to school as there's no E-learning for some modules and for make-up classes :( . Out of all the E-learning assignments that are already giving us a headache, going to school just means less time to complete those assignments. Luckily i've already finish all of them by today. However, more individual and group assignments are coming my way due on the first and second week of June.

Anyway, i caught Fast and Furious 5 last Monday with my sister. We caught the movie at 9.30pm. I didn't know it lasted for 2 hours and 10 mins and we ended up home only at midnight 12am. It was a nice movie with awesome sound effects. If you love cars and action movies, this is what you should catch.

School's started , haven't updated since orientation as i was busy with school. Reaching home late , leaving only enough time for revision/study and rest . The only time i can online is the time when i'm in school having breaks or when i'm using my laptop during lesson time . Crazy and busy schedules are killing me . Still can't quite get use to it just yet . I especially hate lectures because a big class is too distracting for me . Too noisy . Classes can last till night when i have Japanese class or when i have my CCA .

Also started working since last Saturday . The people there are the nicest people that i've ever met in all of my jobs . They are friendly and i think that makes them good for the F&B industry . I only learnt how to serve customers tea and coffee , chawanmushi and clear the tables last week since i'm a newbie . The manager said i'm gonna learn how to take orders this Saturday . Looking forward :) However , i feel so exhausted working on Sunday because i can't wake up on Monday due to lack of sleep . Currently considering to work Saturday full shift and Sunday half shift . Will discuss with the manager this week when i go for work .

I really had so much fun during this 3 days orientation camp ! Though it was not that awesome on Day 1 , i enjoyed Day 2 at the botanical gardens and Day 3 with talent time . I eventually got closer to my group members and now i can call them as my friends . Discovered that the only guy in my group is my primary school friend ! Only came to knew about it after i saw his fb's profile picture . His face like never change at all . Hahas ! :D

Going to go on a field trip tomorrow to 5 kindergartens with my course mates . Wish me good luck ! I hope i won't be bombarded with kids .

Woke up at 6.30am today to prepare myself for orientation :0 So early right ? It's hard for me to get use to it , but i'll have to get use to it soon . Wore slippers today as i didn't have any covered shoes that matches my lime green top . It was a WRONG choice to make . Because i SLIPPED AND FELL on the first day of the moment my foot stepped into HMS . It was SOSOSO EMBARRASSING la :(((((( Luckily not many people saw , i hope so .

Got the chance to speck to different people from different courses from the journey of walking together to the HMS and while registering . But sad to say , none of them that i spoke to are in the same group as me ! At least i got people to talk to in my group . I can't count them as friends yet because i still don't know them that well , for the time being we are just gonna be group mates i guess .

I'm in the tribe KERATIONS and my group name is LUCAS . The names all stand for the scientific name of certain trees la since we're in the gracious green group .

Day 1 was really dry , i hope tomorrow will be better since we're going out to the Botanical Gardens . Picnic plus games , kind of look forward to it . I hope i could chat more with my group mates tomorrow . Let's all cross our fingers for tomorrow to be a better day :D

There's so many things i want to share and i've been wanting to find the right person after she left . People keep telling me that they'd lend me their listening ear , but the fact is that , not everything you can share with any person . I admit that i'm still upset , still in the state of grieving , and i'm not grieving well . I admit that i'm running away , letting go , burying everything deep inside me . I wish i could just forget everything , wish that she's still there , wish that nothing has changed .

I've my own way of dealing with things , it may not be the right way but at least i feel comfortable with it . You all know how frightening it is to step out of your comfort zone and that's what i'm feeling now . I want to , but i'm afraid . I'm not that courageous to face it , i'm never that strong . I don't want to make empty promises if i can't keep me promise . If you just force me to go , without me to go willingly , both you and i know i'll only keep resisting . I don't know how long i'd take to be ready but i'll deeply consider it .

Kekeke , i found this place . Guess where is it ?

It has been a tiring day . Waking up at 6 plus in the morning is really hard for me after half a year for not doing so . Seriously i think my brain is getting really rusty after half a year of no-school . Even simple mathematical question can make my head hurts and i can't solve it ! What's happening to me ?!

Anyway , headed to raffles convention centre with my sister to collect her MDIS bursary . All students are to report by 8am and all guests to be seated by 9am . But the fact is that the registration only started at 8am and all guests are only allowed to be seated at 9am -.- Sucha poor service seriously . Everything ended at around 11.30am . We left after the tea reception . And , my sister found the place above if not for me suggesting to take that route . Hahas .

I'm so bored at home . But i'm not sure whether i should say i regretted quitting work so early . 2 weeks is definitely too long to wait . I can't wait for to school to start but i can't say i'm excited for school . I just don't wanna rot at home but going out means spending money $$ . I'm contradicting myself so much in this post but whatever .

People say i should appreciate this period of time before school starts because i'd start to rant about the hectic schedule and ask when is holiday going to come . So true .

In short , humans are weird .

True holiday

After i quit my job and stopped working , it then feels like real holiday . But , it's so boring to stay at home . I slept till almost noon everyday so that i'll have lesser hours till night to spend .

On monday , headed to Cineleisure with Huiyu and Xiuhan to exchange my laptop cover as it was too small and my laptop can't fit into it .Lunch at Graffiti Cafe eating their wanton noodles . Afterwards we went to sing at party world in the international building beside shaw plaza .

Yesterday , went to watch the movie 'Big Mommas , like father like son ' with my sister at lot one . It's a nice show . Too busy previously that i didn't have the time to enjoy good movies . Love the songs inside the movie too :)

Due to me needing a lime green top on the first day of school , i went to nex with Xiuhan to find one today . Huang tian bu fu ku xin ren . I found one lime green tee with a panda printed on top at one of the shops there . My dinner was chocolate fondue at Anderson because i was too full afterwards to have a proper meal .

I'm now super pissed because my itouch suddenly BLACK OUT on its own and now it COULDN'T BE ON . Freak . If it can't revive itself tomorrow , i'm gonna send it for repair straight .

Today is the last day of work . I feel like i've finally gained freedom ! I think other than my demanding in-charge , this job was the best job i've ever worked . I've learnt numerous things , but most importantly , i've learnt to appreciate achitectures (: The best thing is i get to travel almost the whole of Singapore , viewing almost all the condos / apts in Singapore .

My in-charge marked his words by treating me to good food on my last day of work at Sentosa cove . We had lunch at One degree 15's Latitude . But you know what's my good food ? It's fried prawn mee ! Though it's just like any other asian food , i appreciate it very much .

Time to rest after such long months of work . Enough money earned .

Marina Barrage

Had fun with sissy and cousins last Sunday at MB . Sorry for the late update as i was too lazy to update my blog lately . I'm already dead-beat by the time i reach home after work everyday . For the past 2 days , i'm always almost falling asleep in the car while taking photos .

Anyway , i remembered i was told to bring my kite on Saturday to grandma's house as i'm gonna stayover . But you know what ? I brought the kite along but forgot about the wheel and connector ! Blur me . End up we had to purchase a new set after we reached MB . It's such a waste of money . Wheel plus connector not cheap you know ?

We had difficulties flying the kite as the wind that day was not strong enough to let the kite start flying by itself . After struggling for a long time , our efforts finally paid off seeing the kite fly . Some incident happened which caused 3 kites to be tangled together including my kite . Luckily my kite didn't got cut off but someone else's kite did . Feel so sorry for them .

Due to this incident we stopped flying the kite . In the late afternoon , more ppl started flying their kites , so we didn't get to fly our kite again as we fear that our kite may get tangle with many other ppl's kite . All in all we enjoyed our day there . Just that i got sunburnt and now my legs are not evenly tanned ! It looks ugly la !

Nothing else but work

I just realised it's not easy to work in this new company . The first week was still okay as i was in the office doing admin job under the in-charge of Waikei . He's more friendly and not that strict . However , after this second week that i've started work in the company doing the job of shooting photos of condos outdoor under the in-charge of Anthony , my job is getting harder and tiresome . Though it's better to be outdoors then facing the computer the whole day , Anthony is really strict . He won't allow me to take leaves if unnecessary . Even if for example i need to pay for my enrolment fees , he would say can't you pay online by ibanking or credit card ? Even if i need to go down specially to place an order for my laptop , he would say can't you order online and get it to deliver it to your house ? Then he shooted me like , come on this is the real working world . This is not a school . You can't take leaves as and when as you like -,- I totally hate this kind of unreasonable people . We are taking leaves because we need it to do things that are important not for fun .

Although he's strict , i learnt alot of stuffs from him . With him driving me to take photographs of condos all around Singapore , i've been to many great places . That's the only thing that i'm thankful for . Nothing else . Don't expect me to come back and help after i start school . I'm only going to work till end of March and that's all .

Last Friday , after work , i headed to Jasmine's school ; NYJC , to watch a Chinese drama performance which Jasmine is gonna be the mcee . Nice show but don't quite understand the first drama . After the performance , we headed for supper at J8's macdonalds and trained home . Had a great time with gees :)

Life in the past 2 weeks

Had a k session last Friday with Huiyu @ party world vivo city since there was a promotion going on . For students 2 hours for $6.60 ++ , 3/4 hours for $8.80 ++ . Though it's not as worth it as kbox and the facilities were not as good as kbox's , we had a fun time . Because it was the first time we went for a k session with only the two of us :)

After the k session with Huiyu , i went to meet my long time no see friends who have all gone to experience the stressful JC life to celebrate our clique's 3rd year anniversary . We had dinner(zi char) at a coffee shop and chat alot . Though the place was incomparable to those restaurants in shopping centre , what matters more was the people present . It really has been long since i last saw them . After hearing them shared about their experience in JC , i wasn't really relieved that i didn't chose JC in the first place . Because i know , polytechnic life is not easy as well . There's still a long way ahead of me .

Started working at a property agent company since 28th march . I'm doing some kind of an admin job to key in condo datas . It was a boring and tedious job though i do not have to stand for long hours as compared to my previous retail job . You know it's bad for my eyes for staring at the computer screen for a long time ? However , i'm starting to get use to it . Anyway , i think i'm gonna go around Singapore next Tuesday to take photos of different condos . I just hope it won't rain , i don't wanna get drench while i was photographing :/

Yesterday headed out to bowling with Mason and Zhenying . It has been a year since i last bowled i think . My skills really sucks at the first round . Luckily it got better at the second round after warming up , which means i did not totally roll my money into the drain . After bowling , we didn't have any place else to go but it was still early . So i suggested that we head to Qian Hu Fish Farm to catch fish . That was a place when we often go when we were a kid right ? We're there to rewind our carefree childhood times :) It was supposed to be half an hour for $5 per person including renting the net and a free tank . But we stayed there for 2 hours plus and only paid $5 . Hahas . It was really fun . You guys should go and have a try :)

One of these is gonna be my new baby someday . I like LG optimus chic more though . But i think it's not in Singapore yet since i can't find it at the LG Singapore website . However , some news say that it's already lauched in Singapore . I'm not sure , but i'll check it out . On the other hand , LG optimus one is already in Singapore . Just saw it at a singtel shop today . I'm really obsessed with red lately . I want a red touch screen phone !

Swing to Spring

Headed to Somerset on tuesday with huiyu . Initially wanted to have Suki Sushi @ cineleisure for lunch and perhaps go kbox , but in the end we found out there was no Suki Sushi there . Thus , we had buffet at ji ben chun instead which is also a japanese restaurant . Didn't went kbox as it was already late . Shopped around cineleisure after lunch . Clothes , bags and shoes @ the editor's market are nice . I love them ! But the price is also very nice ...

We then headed to Scape park and took a couple of photos there . ( ^ above )

Afterwards we went to somerset 313 and orchard central . Happened to see some nice 4 seasons decorations @ orchard central and took some pictures there as well .

Recently started to rewatch Playful Kiss (korean drama) . This is my favourite drama series (Y) . It's the only drama which i can cry and laugh at the same time while watching it . Saranghe Playful Kiss :)

A couple of things happened these few days . Not worth to talk about them anymore anyway . So let's just forget about them :)

Hahas , work is getting better without Liz around :)) She's so scary you know ? Her temper is like roller coaster . Sometimes her mood is good then the next moment mood swing . I feel so stress up working with her . Super . Got once she stared at me , her stares will kill . I was so afraid that i avoided eye contact with her from then on . She was transferred back to PRG Ladies for a week and now she's coming back to R/C Ladies on Sunday .

Stress is back to haunt me . My nightmare is about to begin ...

Poor me this week only has got 1 off-day . They think i'ma superwoman no need rest , won't crash because of fatigue .

CNY day 1 @ marternal grandma's house .

CNY day 4 , went to watch 'It's a great great world' with sister , huiyu and huiyu's mum . The show was at 6.20pm . Since my sister and i arrived early . We went shopping . She was pekchek with me because i went in almost every shop but didn't buy anything . She thinks it's kind of wasting time but i'm indeed killing time through shopping(without spending money) ! I actually wanted to buy 2 pieces if clothes and 2 pairs of shoes . However after serious considerations , i ended up only buying a pair of shoes .

The movie 'It's a great great world' is indeed great . Nice show in different dialects . Howeveri think the show would be nicer if i'm wearing my spectacles (though i'm already at the first row :p) . After dinner at foodcourt , i train-ed home with my sister .

Shopping

Went shopping yesterday with sister and cousins for their last CNY shopping . Not for me because i'm probably gonna go shopping again on Tuesday since i'm off . So we headed to the flea market first at Titanium . My sister and i had a hard time getting to the Esplanade mall from Esplanade mrt station . Furthermore , it was raining . So incovenient ! Lunch was at Esplanade mall but since there's not much choice of places for food , we ended up eating at Kopi O . The one and only affordable place we could have lunch at . I didn't buy anything at the flea because nothing caught my eye .

Next , we headed to bugis . Bought a couple of stuffs there . But , sad to say , i'm not buying them for CNY but for casual wearing . Splurging yet again . Can't seem to control my spending lately . Afterwards , headed to Far East as my sister and cousin wanted to get a pair of shoes for CNY . As for me , I bought 2 pairs of stockings there . Dinner at KFC and reached home only at 10pm .

I've to learn how to control my spending and how to use money wisely . I'm determine to do it and i will . My target is to quarter my money spent on shopping in January for February .

Not updating lately because i'm always too tired and lazy to post after work . Even if i'm off , i'll be shopping till so late that i don't feel like updating when i reach home . Hahs .

Anyway , it has been 2 weeks since i started working at Giordano Ladies . Fyi , it's a high-end shop , different from those Giordano unisex or juniors that you normally see . Me too , never knew that Giordano Ladies exists till i went for the interview for the job and was being place there .

I've never found working so tiring till i started this job . It's super different from the previous jobs that i've done before . Firstly , it's a full time job though i'm only a temporary staff . Second , i've to work everyday with only 2 off days every week . Third , handling customers use to be very easy but it seems to be very difficult for this job because if i'm not careful , i might be complaint . -.-"

If you ask me what i hate most about this job , it's the staffs ; my colleagues . They are so ... ... (i dk how to describe) . Mostly sarcastic . Most are friendly and it's relaxing to work with them . But one or two make me so stress when i work with them . Somemore , they'll talk behind ppl's back de . Think i don't know ? Hah !

I'm gonna be lonely for the next couple of months ... Huiyu will be transferred to another shop most probably a Giordano unisex shop . Sigh . I was working without her today . I knew i would not be able to pull through if Puri and Atiqah weren't around to talk to me . It's more relaxing to work with them than ... Forget it .

Had an awesome day at ION orchard with Joanne , Ren kiat , Zhen ying and Michelle ! Totally love today's outing with lunch at Swensens and window shopping . ARGHHHHH . There's so many things i wanna buy but i've to control my spending . If i continue to splurge ... ... i'll be dead . More outings and i hope that i can make it for those outings .

Marina Barrage

It was an awesome Sunday spent at Marina Barrage ! Such a pity that my sister was sick and couldn't make it there .

We did jumpshots .

We got thrown by tissue packs .

We've got delicious food .

We flew the kite .

And also blew bubbles :)

It was an awesome day spent with Huiyu and Xiuhan . Good Weather , good day , beautiful place . Marina Barrage is really beautiful when the sky is clear with many kites flying :)

We went there in the morning and it only rained once . A short one . We thought it was a heavy rain so we headed downstairs for shelter as the shelter upstairs was crowded with people . When we reached downstairs , the rain already stopped . Wo men zhou le xu duo yuan wang lu ah ! So we decided to camp there and finish some food , take some photos before we head back up again . Bought a kite too .

Forgot about this . We took bus 400 there from marina bay , only to know that it was the wrong bus when the bus reached its last stop at marina south pier -.-" . The bus driver told us to change to bus 402 but unluckily , we missed the bus and the driver said we would have to wait for half an hour before another bus comes. So he advised us to walk as he said Marina Barrage was within a walking distance . And guess what ? We walked as he said but it was a LONG journey , unlike what he said a walking distance away . It was such a relief when we finally reached there .

Kite flying was wonderful . Except that we got the string tangled twice . The first time the wheel got stucked due to the tangled string and the shopkeeper changed it for us . However , we could only changed once . So when the string got tangled the second time , we could only cut it away and we were only left the remainder string . Also , our kite got tangled with other people's kite thrice . Twice with the same guy . Luckily he was patient and helped untangle our strings .

Some people just can't keep their mouths to themselves . A group of bitchy girls sitting beside us while we were pinicing just can't stop bitching about us . I don't know what they were talking about . We aren't their entertainment fyi . Shit them .

Dream high ! Nice show . I've been hooked onto this drama recently , it's a korean drama that's still airing , currently it has just reached episode 4 . Looking forward to the next few episodes . But , i guess i can't catch the next few episodes on time since i'm going to start work tomorrow . I hope i will not be ostracised there and will not have to eat lunch alone . Went to a job interview today with Huiyu . It was a job found in gumtree . My sandals gave way some distance after i left my house . It was so embarrassing . I took it off and walked barefooted to the nearest shop that sell shoes to get one temporary one .

The interview was at Jurong East so we headed to imm for lunch before going to the interview . The place is so near but we can't seem to find the way . Spent some time finding the way which made us slightly late for the interview . The interviewer was super friendly , she made us laugh till non-stop . After filling the application form and listening to a simple overview of the job , we headed to the giordano headquarters for a briefing . Jurong East to Macpherson . Green to circle line . So far right ?! Another interview conducted by the HR manager there . It was different from the first . This interviewer was stricter . Got the job anyway , only one week as a temp. retail sales associate at raffles city paragon's giordano ladies . Attire : black from head to toe . I want to continue working but the person say i'm staying too far . She says if i want to continue working , just inform the in-charge there .

Headed to grandma's house after the interview as it was nearer that way as compared to the route home . Bought liese's sweet apricot hair dye at watsons on the way . Gonna get my hair dyed tomorow ! :D Excited !

Disappointment

So all 2010 O level students got their results yesterday . Satisfied ? Well i'm not really satisfied with my results . Targeted results not met , expected results just met . Happy ? No . However , to think from another perspective , i did much better than many other students . Though my L1R5 is good enough for some elite JCs , but i'm giving them all up for polys .

To be honest , JCs only guarantee you a secured place in university if you do exceptionally well and be exceptionally hardworking . If you don't get a place in university , an A level certificate would be useless . However , if you're in poly , there will be many opportunities with scholarships and stuffs .

After more consultations from the school counsellor and a teacher today i'm more confident with my choices . More considerations needed though .

NP's open house

Went to NP's open house today with HuiYu. The one and only polytechnic's open house that i went. I didn't have time to go on to other polytechnics . For some reasons i feel that the 3 day polytechnic's open house is too short . Perhaps only for me ... *Laughs* There were lots of free food , but i was too full to have any after lunch . If i did have an empty stomach , perhaps i'll have some from each cart/stall :p . We only visited the School Business & Accountancy , School of Health Sciences , School of Film , Media and Audio? and School of Humanities . From the tour , i felt that the lecturer who explained to us about the courses related to Early childhood was the only one who explained it to detailed . The others were like just rushing through . Saw Sheena with her friends at the School of Health Sciences and Jasmine , Zhen Ying and Michelle in the tour bus .

Anyway , did something to my hair yesterday . I permed it . Shock ? No need to be . I barely wanted a new hairstyle after so long of rebonding .

There was a gathering at Michelle's house today . Rented a movie and watched it at her house . It was the movie She's Out Of My League . A comedy cum romance show . We didn't know that it was NC16 until we watched it . Nobody realise it until we kept repeatedly encountered the f word . It was funny , a nice show with the exception of some disturbing parts . A game of monopoly after so long and rounds of black jack gambling with monopoly money . Absolutely love today's gathering . Hope that more of the gathering will be held . Looking forward :D

Hectic Holiday

Hey ! I'm finally back to update . This holiday has been a hectic one so far . Didn't have much time to have much fun . Work and China trip have became a big part of this holiday . They add up to take up one month of my year end holiday !

Working with children in the childcare isn't an easy thing after i've experienced it myself . Nowadays kids are hard to control . However , i did enjoy myself during the two weeks i was working there . Though there may be mischievous kids but cute kids are not hard to find either :D . If it was not for me having need to leave for China tomorrow , i'd have stayed to continue work there till 17 dec . I'm really gonna miss the children :( . Though i doubt they'll miss or even remember me . After my experience there , i've been considering to take up the early childhood psychology course in polytechnic next year . Since i like kids , i think it's an opportunity to get to know them more , in this case psychologically . Still considering though .

Anyway , i'm leaving for the China ; Yunnan trip tomorrow . Time flies and the day is finally tomorrow . I've once been anticipating it . However , when the date drew nearer , the more i dread leaving . I'll definitely be homesick since it's my first time overseas and i'd be there for 2 weeks ! I really do hope i'd enjoy my time there and take lots of pictures . Will update after i'm back from china on 28th .
